There is more than just new cosmetics to the new Prince EXO3 Red 105, which features similar specs and performance, but in a much more player friendly and comfortable model. The updated EXO3 technology features new Thermocarbon string suspension inserts, which allows greater movement of the string by not restricting their movement by standard grommet designs. This larger degree of movement allows a more uniform stringbed response for enhanced comfort and power of a larger headsize, while retaining the maneuverability of a smaller head. The EXO3 Red 105 utilizes the new Energy Bridge which combines a thermoplastic resin integrated into the carbon fiber matrix to exhibit beneficial properties of each material. The carbon fiber offers a responsive pop for increased levels of feel while the softer thermoplastic helps to dampen string vibration for greater comfort. Another change from the previous model is the completely re-engineered cross section at the area where the throat meets the head. The new cross section design essentially stiffens the area for increased torsional stability, ensuring maximum power and accuracy even on off-center shots. To further increase comfort at impact, the addition of the Double Bridge acts as a built-in vibration dampener to reduce frame shock and string vibration. The headlight balance combined with the updated EXO3 technology results in a racquet that is maneuverable at the net for quick exchanges and remains stable for maximum performance from the baseline. Followers of the previous model will definitely want to try this improved version, as well as players with medium to longer length strokes seeking a comfortable, forgiving sweetspot with an extra power boost.

Prince EX03 Red Racquet
5/5
I play competitive mens senior 4.0 tennis with this racquet. It provides a nice combination of control, power and touch around the net. The weight of the frame is perfect, but if you want to add a bit more heft, I like to add about 3 inches of 1/4 lead tape to the frame at 3, 9 and 12 Oclock.

EXO3 Red 105 Tennis Racquet
5/5
I play 4.0 double tennis in a competitive USTA League. This racquet is superbly quick around the net. It is easy to generate plenty of racquet head speed for serves and groundies from the backcourt. Several others have tried my racquet and decided to buy one. Currently, I have a set of Technifibre Black Code 17 ga. strings on this frame at 62 lbs. Easy power with excellent control...also easy on the arm. Have fun, get this racquet!

Exo3 Red 105
5/5
I finally upgraded from my 1992 Prince Vortex OS 107. The Red 105 is outstanding. The feel is very good for a raquet this powerful. The sweetspot is huge. I have some issues with tennis elbow - and this raquet has completely taken care of that. I also tried the Rebel 98 and liked it but with the red I can take a slightly slower stroke and find any off-center hits are still plenty powerful and accurate. Im using Prince LT 18s and have great topspin. I strung it at 59#s and find it very smooth.

Perfect Racquet
5/5
This racquet was purchased to replace an earlier version. I am a 3.5 player, 65 years old, and play recreationally. This EXO3 Red has great balance and playability. It is clearly the best racquet I have ever had. It has good power from the baseline and good feel on volleys. The head size is a good compromise between the 95 and 110 sq. in. ones, the latter which Ive never been comfortable with. This racquet has given me confidence that I can always hit the shot I want assuming my head is in the moment.

EX03 Red 105 racket
5/5
I bought the 105 E03 Red as a step down from a 110 size racket. This racket has a great combination of power and control. The 105 size gives it a larger sweet spot for power but what I enjoy particularily about the reacket is the control and agiity at the net. This racket is pretty much everything I was looking for in an all around racket. Well worth the money spent.

Red 105 performance
5/5
I am a club player and play on local and USTA teams 3.5. I started tennis at age 47 and have been playing for 22 years. I have always used a Wilson racquet. I forgot my racquet the other week and borrowed the club pros Prince red 105 and found myself swinging with more confidence. I ordered one online and it arrived very soon. The newer model may be an ounce lighter than the older model not sure. I chose polyester strings which played different from the club pros slightly older model Prince red 105 strings and I was worried for two weeks - but now that the strings are coming more alive I am happy with the new Prince.

Prince Red 105 xo3
3/5
Im an older female, 3.5+. I use top spin and slices along with my power shots. I demoed this racquet to see if I wanted to go to 105. Although the feel is nice and you can get more spin. I found this racquet to be too bouncy, and not that forgiving on miss hits. Served well, plenty of spin, but lacks control. I prefer the Prince Hornet Red 100 see review. Best to demo anything you are interested in.

EX03 Red 105 Tennis Racquet
4/5
Im a club player and play on USTA mens doubles 7.0 and 8.0 over 55 teams. I switched to the EX03 Red racquet from using a Babolat 107 Pure Drive for over 10 years because it has a similar weight and balance, but expected that the smaller head size and EX03 frame design would improve my game. Ive found that my consistency has improved with better control, spin, and power, and Ive won several close matches with the EX03 that might have gone the other way with my old Babolat. The only negative aspect of the racquet is that its been replaced with a different design, which I suppose is the reason for the recent price reduction from $229 to $169.

Great combo of power and spin!
5/5
Ive been searching for a frame that gave me a good mix of power and spin. The Prince EX03 Red 105 gives me the best of both. The light weight allows for great racquet head speed and the 105 head size keeps the frame stable with the large sweetspot. Both of these features also allow tremendous spin capability and power! Comfort is also at a premium with this frame. Great job Prince and thanks to TE for recommending this frame to me.

Game Changer
5/5
I have been using this racquet for a month now and cant imagine life without it. It was MIND BLOWING how much it has changed my game. This racquet has a smaller grip than Ive been using second smallest and a bigger sweet spot 105. My game has improved immensely since changing racquets and my hitting partner agrees. The smaller grip allows me to add power and control. The bigger head and better strings keep the ball in play more than ever. I even hit the sweet spot more than ever. Amazing how that changes the game. It has taken me a month to get used to the changes, but I am now beating players once thought to be far better. Buy this racquet.
