adidas Barricade 6.0 Men`s Tennis Shoes White Black

This is a great shoe which may look big and heavy but it has the right weight and its very comfortable. The first time I used the shoes I found them hard and inflexible but after 5-10 minutes I got used to the shoes and managed to move better on the court.

I bought the Barricade 6.0 as I was told the Barricade Team shoes I have used for the past 1 1/2 years did not give the proper foot support that a person of my size 60 190lbs and the number of times I play per week 4-8 times needed. All Adidas shoes I have bouhgt in the past 5 years tend to be stiff in the beginning and this was the case for the Barricade 6.0 but, this shoe seems more narrow than other Barricade products I have had in the past. My club pro told me to be careful with this shoe as, many of his students have had problems rolling their ankle with this shoe. The bottom of the shoe also feels somewhat uneven I hope that after a little longer break in period, that uneven feeling goes away. I do love the look of the shoe !!!!

My son is a competitive tennis player and doesnt always pay attention to the holes in his shoes. One day I saw his Addidas Barricades by the door and realized they had holes and needed to be replaced asap for a tournament. So we priced them out on the computer. Great tennis shoes. Used to own the plain Barricade and the Barricade 6.0 feel better in your foot more support. Have worn it 6 times so far, love it.

My son plays tennis about 4-6 hours a day. The Adidas 6.0 seem to last longer than others. He also has a narrow foot and Adidas fit good. The only negative is the shoes strings, they are too long and break. I always have to buy new shoe strings.

I have ankles that have been injured when I was young and have a tendency to roll over easily...Since I have worn these Barricades for the last year, I have had 0 incidents with my ankles...Very good lateral support!! THanks...

I wore these shoes around the house for about an hour hoping that eventually I would grow used to the extreme arche support. Sadly, I never did. Accordingly, they never saw the court and I sent them back. I have extensively worn Nike, Reebok, Asics and New Balance for various sports for my average arches, neutral pronation, and just slightly wide feet. These are easily the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on, including tuxedo rental shoes. I returned this pair of Adidas for the New Balance 1187s, which are wonderful all around.

A superior shoe in all respects. Combination of comfort and firm support. Makes you feel lighter on your feet and faster.

This is a comfortbable shoe that grips the court well. The shoe is easy to break in and pivots well with the foot.

This is a great shoe at a relatively! good price. They are stiffer than lower numbered Barricades e.g. II, and are much more responsive. Gives me a quicker first step than other shoes I've tried.

These are very comfortable, snug and extremely stable. I like the weight - they are not too heavy, but still I feel all the traction I need with the court. They also look great. My girlfriend asked me to wear them casually with jeans every day!

There's a lot of hype about this tennis shoe, that tennis shoe, and most of it's nothing. But if you play tennis, you owe it to yourself to try the Adidas Barricade 6.0 shoe. The fit is impeccable, the stability as you move about the court is simply wonderful. They are the best shoe Adidas has ever made. As I said, you owe it to yourself to try them. I assure you, you won't be sorry.

These are by far the best shoes that Adidas makes. I only like to wear men's shoes as I find that the women's version are too narrow, and these are perfect. Perfect stability, nice support, lightweight with minimal break-in time. It took a day on court to break-in. The only drawback is that I wish these shoes breathed a bit better, but other than that, they're great!

This shoe and other color variations are great looking, but I tried these on in a shop and the outer forefoot was way tight. Credit, I have big feet, but it was still tight. The Babolat Propulse 2's are working out for me very well.

These shoes are very good and in my opinion the best of the Barricade's. They are a cross between the Barricade 2's and the Barricade 5's. They have the padding of the 5's and the weight of the 2's. They are a little worse in both areas, so they are a little heavier and a little less padding but it is a good combination. I think that they could use a little more support but overall they are good. It takes about 2-3 days to break in the shoes. All in all I would recommend these shoes.

These shoes are comfortable and have great support. I love the feel of them. I think they are the best tennis shoes I have ever purchased. I really like the color.

I just bought these shoes to see how they would compare to the old Barricade V's and they are just great. Shoes felt perfect right out of the box, the fit is a bit narrower than the V's but I think it's a better fit that way. Traction is great as well, no problems so far. If you're looking for a great looking shoe that performs well, invest in a pair of these.

I've tried other tennis shoes, but because I tend to drag my toe when I hit a serve and a backhand, they end up ripping. These shoes are perfect! They barely have a few scratches after 5 tournaments! They're durable, supportive, and stylish. So I gave it 5 overall, for it's great performance on the court.
