ASICS Women`s Gel Challenger 8 Tennis Shoes

Use them exclusively for tennis, very happy with the fit

These shoes are comfortable enough and made well, but my feet are sooooo HOT. They are much worsein terms of being hot than any other shoes I have ever owned. Perhaps they would be good for Fall or indoor play, but they are way too hot for outdoor summer play! I have to put them on the shelf until cooler weather comes.

I had my medial meniscus removed from my left knee three years ago and came into the store and explained to the person that I needed a good shoe. We tried on quite a few pairs of shoes and this is the one that I have no problem playing tennis in. I was so excited that the shoe worked for me, that I am now playing tennis 4-5 days a week with no pain. I had to give up marathon running due to my knee, but now I have found a new sport, Tennis and I love it.

These shoes are great. They are very comfortable from the first time wearing them. Overall I am very satisfied with them.

The shoe fits true to size. Very comfortable since the first time i put them on. Very squeaky on court- I feel like they grip very good.

I became an Asics lover 3 years ago and bought a new pair every 6 months. Last time I upgraded to Gel Resolution and found them to be stiff and caused pain on the ball of my right foot when I reached an hour and a half of hitting. So back to Challenger and they too changed something in the manufacturing process. They too hurt my foot after 90 minutes. Tried an insert with no relief. Now I have 2 pairs for short walks around the neighborhood and am looking at new brands.

I just bought my second pair of these shoes as I really like the first pair and they are not worn out yet! I play hard court 4-5 times per week more doubles than singles. I play indoor and outdoor. I have worn the first pair for 5 months with only a little wear showing on the sole under the inside big toe region. Break in period was only a couple of days and I find the support is quite good. Never felt the heel area at all during breakin. My knees really like the support provided by these shoes. For the price I think these are very good value. The only downside is if you have wide feet they are slightly narrow across the ball of the foot.

I love my new Asics tennis shoes. They fit true to size and are very cushiony with great support. I am very happy with my purchase.

If you like a shoe that is well made with a lot of support this is the shoe for you. For me it was like walking on a board. It seemed to run a little narrow perhaps.

Shoes was a bit stiff at first but was broken in easily after one use. Very comfortable, light and great for movement on the court.
