The Babolat Aero Storm 2008 is a lighter version of the Babolat Aero Storm Tour. With a lighter weight, the Aero Storm 2008 racquet is now more maneuverable with the same solid and comfortable feel. The frame is control-oriented, allowing players to generate plenty of spin from the baseline. At the net, the mobility of the racquet allows players to move easily around the court to reach wide volleys.

The 2008 Aero Storm uses the AeroModular technology in the throat area to provide players with a faster swing speed and power on ground strokes and volleys. Also located in the throat is the Cortex System. The Cortex System dampens harmful shock and vibration produced from the racquet upon ball impact for a more comfortable and solid feel. This racquet is ideal for players seeking maneuverability and spin-friendliness in a tennis racquet.
