With minor updates to the technologies, the Pure Storm still plays very similar to the original model. However, the minor tweaks translate to a higher level of performance for advanced players. The Woofer technology on the sides of the New Pure Storm tennis racquet allows the strings to move, creating a trampoline effect that prolongs the ball dwell time for increased control.
The Pure Storm also has Carbon Xtrem technology, which layers carbon on 3 different angles on the racquet head for added strength and durability. A last update is the improved paint job on the racquet for a clean, sleek look. All in all, the Babolat New Pure Storm is recommended for intermediate to advanced players looking for improved maneuverability and feel.
