HEAD YOUTEK Speed Pro Tennis Racquets

Got this recently and was previously using the Wilson 6.1 team. Its a big weight jump for me and it showed in my game. I found better kick, speed and consistency on my serve. My forehand felt great. Since I have a single handed backhand; I found this stick pretty hard to manoeuvre when I was facing a groundstroke with some heat on it. I also struggled on my returns. I have used this stick in about 5 sessions now and havent felt an improvement in my game. I am a strong 3.5 and a weak 4.0 player, maybe I am not good enough to use this stick yet. I want to switch back to my Wilson but Im too stubborn for the time being

This is a fantastice racket. I like it so much, that I ended up purchasing 9 of them. The weight is perfect for me and it comes with leather grips, which I love. Im a strong 4.0-average 5.0 player and this racket is perfect for my game. I get great pace on my first serves and great kick on my second serves. Because of the weight, Im sometimes late on my backhand. I have always been a Wilson guy, but this racket has converted me. I also love that the handle is not so rectangular anymore, which was one of the reason I had stayed away from Head. All in all, I would recomend this racket to anyone who is strong enough to weild a 12.5 oz racket and not have their arms fall off after a hitting session. Great racket for STRONG 4.0 players and up.

I already had this racquet and I was getting a second one. I love this thing. It has helped my game so much on every level. My serve has improved dramatically which is awesome.

I had been playing with the Prestige racquets for a few years and decided to give the Youtek Speed Pro a try. I really love the way this racquet handles. I am able to generate the same power with less effort, while still being able to use spin and finesse. Even though it is a tad heavier in weight, it doesn't feel like a heavy racquet. I strongly recommend it.

I purchased this racquet about a month ago. Of course I still feel like I need to adjust to it, but it feels good. Up until a month ago I used to play with the old Head Prestige Tour 660 (Ivanisevic's racquet). I know it's more than 10 years old, but it's still a good stick. To sum it up - perfect control, nice spin, good serve, but after three consecutive hours of play my wrist was actually hurting, so if you like light steer clear.

From the un-trained eye it looks and feels like a frying pan, and realistically it is, but this racket produces spin as it has a wide head, almost circle like, and it is suprisingly powerful on serves, ground stroaks, and volleys are crisp. pretty decent racket old boy.

I am currently a high shcool student and I find this racket to have excellent control and feel. I think the feel is the best part of the racket. Drop shots and touch volleys come with ease. Groundstrokes are very solid as well as overheads. However, I find this stick to be a little harder to snap with on the serve. It still works well but I found I got more action on my serve and was able to snap at the ball easier with the midplus. That would be the only downside I have to the racket. Overall I think this stick is very solid and the new d3o technology is excellent.

great staff, my back hands and forehand shots are very precise with this stick, very comfortable since it reacts with my movements, lovely control, and shots penetrate very deep overall a great buy

the racket is great my vollleys have been really precise and crisp two things i dont like are sometimes my backhand is great and the others are messed up. and i hate my serve with this i get absolutely no spin on any shot

I've never felt so comfortable with a racquet like I did with this one from the very begining. Nice control, good for long swingers, and it definitely makes a difference on your serve. Maneveurability? absolutely on the heavier side therefore and therefore you have to be used to it especially when a short back swing is needed (ie;returns). Down side of this one for me, is that that I feel a huge difference when you hit the sweet spot core. But in general a great stick for advanced players.
