I continue to look for and buy this style because they are so dependably comfortable and durable. Service from tennis EXPRESS was outstanding.

The main product I bought were New Balance tennis shoes. They are the only ones I will wear because they are so comfortable and adaptive to my feet for playing tennis. I love the savings in buying them from Tennis Express, plus the service I received. I also purchased a visor because it was on special sale. I received a phone call from you saying you were sold out, but offered another visor for the same discounted price. Extra service. Both items came quickly.

My husband loves these shoes! They are fantastic. I buy him a new pair every year. He wears them for tennis and every day life. He loved the New Balance 803 and the 804 replaced them. Great shoe.

Out of the box played 2 hours. The shoe performed very well. I have been playing 40 years. My feet fit perfectly & breathed well in the shoe. I thank the Tennis Express staff for recommending this shoe. The shoe I have been ordering through Tennis Express was the Wilson Pro Staff that is no longer an offering. I have been playing in the Pro Staff approximately 30 years, prior Puma. Buy the shoe; youll like it!

I tried the mc804 to see if an upgrade from my 655s would be worth the extra cost. I was pleasantly surprised that it was. I will continue to wear them.

I previously wore an NB 803 and bought a 804 because the toe area was too tight. I could not get into the 804 D so I requested a 12D - a 12 E would have to be special ordered. I find this 804 D very tight and this a without the hard inserts I formerly used. I like the shoe but not the front third configuration.

These shoes are great for folks who have wide feet. I felt very comfortable running around the hardcourts. My feet felt perfectly fine after each time I played for a few hours. However, I tend to slide and skid around the court once in a while I know I shouldnt, but it happens sometimes. The stitching around the toe area came apart after reaching for a ball the top of the shoe dragged against the court. If not for this, these shoes would have gotten 5/5.

Got my 2nd pair of 804's because I like the strong arch support and good fit plus subdued style, all at a reasonable price. They hold up a long time even with frequent play. I recommend you buy an insert, like one from powerstep if you are over 50, to minimize plantar fasciiitis, no matter what shoe you buy.

New Balance continues to provide outstanding quality shoes that are durable and competitive. The Abzorb Tech that is used for cushion, stability and comfort provides all three. As a 60 year old player I am very appreciative for shoes that fit my wide feet and provide a good solid foundation. The MC89's do all of that. I particularly like the all leather feel and easy cleaning that these shoes provide. The mesh on the other models do not clean well nor do they maintain a good visual presence. Very happy with these shoes.

This is my first New Balance MC804W tennis shoe and it's great. The fit is just right and it moves very well across the court, without any of the drag I had experienced with other brands. Tennis Express customer service is absolutely SUPER. I really don't know how they make any money by providing free shipping on something, That is not a big ticket item. They would certainly be my company of choice for future tennis stuff. Thanks for a great service and great product.

I have found New Balance tennis shoes to fit my feet comfortably and last a reasonable amount of time. After wearing several different brand names and choosing NB my life is easier now. All I have to do is pick up the phone or go on-line to order my tennis shoes of choice.
