My wife pulled a muscle in the thigh area. Even after weeks of rest and icing, the thigh area was tight and sore when she resumed light workouts. The thigh sleeve helped in her recovery by keeping the thigh warm and helped with blood flow. She continues to wear the sleeve during tennis play to keep her thigh area warm. The thigh sleeve is a useful product to aid in injury recovery and prevention of future injury.
