There is more than just new cosmetics to the new Prince EXO3 Red 105, which features similar specs and performance, but in a much more player friendly and comfortable model. The updated EXO3 technology features new Thermocarbon string suspension inserts, which allows greater movement of the string by not restricting their movement by standard grommet designs. This larger degree of movement allows a more uniform stringbed response for enhanced comfort and power of a larger headsize, while retaining the maneuverability of a smaller head. The EXO3 Red 105 utilizes the new Energy Bridge which combines a thermoplastic resin integrated into the carbon fiber matrix to exhibit beneficial properties of each material. The carbon fiber offers a responsive pop for increased levels of feel while the softer thermoplastic helps to dampen string vibration for greater comfort. Another change from the previous model is the completely re-engineered cross section at the area where the throat meets the head. The new cross section design essentially stiffens the area for increased torsional stability, ensuring maximum power and accuracy even on off-center shots. To further increase comfort at impact, the addition of the Double Bridge acts as a built-in vibration dampener to reduce frame shock and string vibration. The headlight balance combined with the updated EXO3 technology results in a racquet that is maneuverable at the net for quick exchanges and remains stable for maximum performance from the baseline. Followers of the previous model will definitely want to try this improved version, as well as players with medium to longer length strokes seeking a comfortable, forgiving sweetspot with an extra power boost.
