YONEX RDiS 100 Tennis Racquets
List Price: $220.00 Sale Price:
$93.95
Yonex RDiS 100 Racquets are a great deal for the advanced all court players seeking the ultimate in control and solid feel.
For advanced players seeking a stable, solid feel and tons of control, the Yonex RDiS100 Mid comes to players featuring new technologies to improve the previous RDS series. This racquet still features the Nanoscale Elastic Ti. technology, which provides lower elasticity and higher strength in the throat area compared to previous alloys used. The result is a slightly stiffer feel in the throat, enhancing stability, and providing some surprising pop. The RDiS 100 Mid places a premium on control, as seen from the Flex/Torsion Control Shaft, which produces a wider section of the throat above the grip, increasing torsional stability for greater control on off center shots. As with all Yonex frames, the Isometric head shape results in a much larger and more symmetric sweetspot. In updating the previous RDS model, the 001, Yonex has added what is called Cup Stack Carbon Nanotube to the shoulder areas of the frame, which helps to further expand the sweetspot and prevent twisting on off center shots. The RDiS 100 Mid is perfect for all court players seeking a large sweetspot in a smaller 93 sq.in frame. The firm feel allows players to control their shots from anywhere on the court, without being stiff.
For the players that want a racquet that can perform from anywhere, it's time to try David Nalbandian's frame of choice, the Yonex RDiS 100 Midplus. Utilizing the same technologies as the midsize version, this one provides a larger 98 sq.in head size for extra forgiveness. The open string pattern on these racquets provides ample amounts of spin with a soft stringbed that perfectly compliments the first feel in the throat. Still intended for advanced players, the larger head size is perfect for baseliners who attack the net when appropriate. The RDiS frames feature the IPS technology, which adds additional weight to the sides of the frame, ensuring solid feel due to enhanced torsional stability. Thanks to all of the advancements present in these RDiS 100 frames, Yonex has produced one of the most stable, forgiving player frames on the market.
