Their new multifilament string, Babolat Addiction 16 provides players with a pillow soft feel for a ton of comfort. This string features a combination of 95% polyamide along with 5% PTFE fibers, which are exclusive to Babolat, to create a unique combination of power, comfort, and durability. The PTFE Fibers in Addiction help to reduce friction between strings leading to prolonged durability. The highly elastic polyamide fibers provide the elasticity necessary for a soft and powerful string bed. This is a great string for a player seeking a very soft feel with some added power and durability from a multifilament string construction.

I purchased this string to use it as a hybrid with Babolat RPM 17g. I used it on the cross, while using the RPM on the main. The string did not give me the spin, feel, or pop that I was looking for. It is a bit dull as a hybrid.

As a beginner, I appreciate the control over a ball these strings allow me to have. I believe I asked to use 16 lbs when TE strung them for me, and that just works for me perfectly - I really ought to swing fully to set the ball at the speed I want, so it helps tremendously. Addiction 16 String

A really versatile string. As advertised, it's durable, adds power, and has helped me avoid elbow injuries which have been a chronic problem in the past. I play a minimum of 8 hours a week and get 10 weeks of use between restringing, at 60 lbs.
