BABOLAT New Drive Z Lite Tennis Racquet

This Babolat tennis racquet is super comfortable and lightweight.

I play a lot of competitive tennis and I love this racquet. It is light weight with a great frame, I get plenty of spin and control. It has the right head size and the right grip. Easy to use and affordable, as far as racquets goes.

This is my second Babolat racquet previous was Drive 105 and I went with the Drive Z Lite due to the smaller headsize 100 and the additional head weight no elbow/arm issues to worry about currently. I do notice a change in my swing due to the extra head weight - I need an extra second or so, but its a solid racquet overall. Its strung in a hybrid style and Im really enjoying the game play I get with it.

I had a Wilson Coral Wave and i was a pretty decent player.But, when i switched from the Coral Wave to the Drive Z Lite I became 5x better in my volleys, serve, ground strokes, and matches. I am able to put more topspin and have more racquet head speed on my ground strokes. my serve I can produce a harder and faster serve. my volleys and can punch through the ball with confidence. Lastly, I can play with more confidence in matches playing with all these new improvements.

I knew I found my racquet on the very first outing with the Drive Z Lite. It has a wonderful feel, which makes it seem like an extension of my arm. It helps with my control and believe it or not I can hit a better placed back hand with lots of power. That is something I couldnt do with the previous racquets owned. A great racquet that has elevated my game to new heights. I would recommend this racquet to anyone looking for more feel and better placed shots.

The racket is wonderful. It is light, but also gives me the same amount of power as my last racket. Friends have also noticed that my game is better: my serves are stronger and my forehand is more reliable. Im very happy with my purchase.

Played with a Wilson Hammer for years too long. Still adjusting to the lightness and maneuverability of the New Drive Z Lite. Like some aspects but have to generate a lot more power with this racquet. Find that I can last longer and move the racket quicker for reflex shots but still working on getting good pace with depth. Can get the depth but not with the pace I could with the Hammer. Only had it for 6 weeks and am feeling more confident each time I play.

I had the previous babolat drive z lite and it was great but, this one feels even better! It feels solid and stable while still being light-weight and easy to maneuver. I get great control with it and spin is easy to produce. The new side cortex system makes the racquet feel even smoother then before, Im really happy with my purchase over all!

For me this racquet is awesome! It is lightweight but very powerful and offers control. The cortex system works great for decreasing vibration. Produces powerful baseline shots and topspin; great maneuverability at the net. I am able to produce a lot of spin on serves and it really zings on overheads and swing volleys. Someone I play with frequently asked me what I was doing differently with my forehand because it seemed so much stronger and more accurate and volleys had more punch. I did not want to say it was the racquet: Additionally drop shots with a lot of spin seem easier to produce. The string I choose was Babolat Xcel 17. gauge. This racquet is definitely worth a try. I did try the Drive GT racquet and liked it but not as much as this one. Prior to switching I was using a Prince white.
