BOLLE Parole Competivision Sunglasses

An eye infection years ago left me sensitive to sunlight, but dark sunglasses make it harder to see fast-moving tennis balls. The Bolle sunglasses for tennis seem to make even old balls look new, while keeping overall glare to a minimum. The first time you put them on the tint seems strange, but you quickly get used to that. Now I can handle overheads outdoors as well as I do indoors at least I see the ball!.

This is my second Bolle Parole that I have purchased. The first one was used only three times before I lost it. Lesson learned, make sure you have your name inside the case. The Bolle Parole is what they say it is, that is made for tennis. The lens is specific for tennis which comes with an interchangeable lens for everyday use. Changing lenses is easy and only takes a few seconds as long as you follow the instructions. My first one did not come with any instructions but this did not matter since I lost it after a few weeks. It has not fogged up on me like my other sunglasses in the past which works best playing in texas weather. I have been able to see the tennis ball better, and looking up to hit serves and overhead against the sun has become easier. It is very comfortable on your face and you will not even feel that you have it on while at play.

The reason I purchased this product is in order to increase my enjoyment of the great sport of tennis, even when its bright and sunny. Im 77, so every little edge I can find is important. Ive always had trouble serving and hitting overheads on sunny days. But last summer a friend loaned me his Bolle Competivision Sunglasses for a match I had to play in the early afternoon. I was dreading dealing with the bright sunlight, but found that these glasses enabled me to see the ball better and still blocked the suns glare. It was a godsend, so now I have my own pair and am looking forward to a better outdoor season than ever before.

Bought these for playing tennis in the Florida sun. I often play on courts that are partially shaded. Regular sun glasses make it too dark when the ball is in the shaded part of the court. Without any sun glasses on, it is too bright when the ball is in the sunny part of the court. The Bolle glasses have solved that problem. They are wonderful to use even in low light situations as the sun goes down. I am very happy with them.

I love these glasses which bring out the ball and make everything sharper. However they have a rubber tipped ear piece which, when closed in the case, smudge and stain the lens. I wrap the lens in fabric before folding the glasses into the case.

When I first tried them the lines on the court were sharper. The glare from the low sun much reduced. High into the sunlike on the serve still a little hard on the eyes.

I ordered The Bolle sunglasses and unfortunately Tennis Express was backordered on them, however, I was notified immediately and was told when I was to expect my glasses. The sunglasses are just as I expected-blocks the harsh sun rays and the tennis ball appears sharper.

Really helps see both the tennis and the pickle ball. Nice vent for airflow so the glasses dont get fogged up when we do!

I wore the Bolle Parole Sunglasses while playing matches outdoors and the clearness of the ball was fantastic! Serving into the sun was no issue, unlike with regular sunglasses! I would highly recommend these glasses for anyone who plays outdoors! You receive another lense color and a nice case!

These glasses work great for outdoor court play . Able to see the ball with greater clarity and my ability to judge lines also seemed improved. Comfortable. Only drawback . In peak sun looking directly in to find lobbed ball difficult . Overall great purchase.

Ive been wearing Bolle sunglasses for about 15 years. I was heart broken when I lost them . I recently purchased the Bolle Parole sunglasses to wear for tennis and for platform tennis. I love them and I have recommended them to friends. They block out the sun while making the ball clearly more visible. I wouldnt be without them. Thank you Bolle for making my tennis experiences more exciting as I can see everything clearly.

These glasses are just ok. They fit well, but feel a little flimsy and cheap. The lens get dirty easily and never seem really crystal clear.

My savior has arrived, these glasses are wonderful, I can see the ball and lines clearly. I messed around with other sunglasses and they just didnt work for me. The Bolle stay on your face and dont slip and you can still wear them as it starts to get dusk. My best tennis purchase this year. I play 6 or 7 times a week .....

Overall nice glasses. regular lenses do a nice job of cutting down glare. Sprecialized blue lenses take a while to get used to due to muting of many colors. They do make whites and yellows pop though, which helps for tennis and fastpitch softball.

I love these glasses, and continue to wear them out with overuse! This is about my fourth pair. I wear them everyday in the AZ sunshine, for driving, tennis, golf, walking my Golden Retriever, and beach walking in Mexico. They offer full eye protection and clear vision and complete comfort. I cant do without them! I got my new pair at a great price from Tennis Express.
