Modern racquet innovations have focused on making lighter, stiffer, and more powerful racquets. HEAD Flexpoint tennis racquets take a detour from this path by changing the focus of tennis racquet technology to control, rather than power. What good is power if you can't control it? Building upon HEAD's successful Liquidmetal technology, HEAD Flexpoint racquets revolutionize racquet design by placing two dimples into opposite sides of the racquet head and drilling two precision holes through them. These holes at 3 and 9 o'clock change the way a racquet bends on impact and creates a new "flexpoint" for the racquet, allowing it to cup the ball and increase dwell time. At these points, flexibility increases by up to 50% in HEAD Flexpoint tennis racquets. HEAD Flexpoint tennis racquets offer power without sacrificing control.
To learn more and see visuals of how HEAD Flexpoint technology affects a racquet, visit our HEAD Flexpoint racquet technology page in our Tennis Express Buyer's Guide!
