I used Penn all the time. These balls are better than Penn. I found more durable than Penn ones.

Great price and excellent bounce

All surface balls are good for a hard court. Brand new out of the can they had good feel but didnt bounce as high as some other balls Ive used before. They also bounce noticeably less than when they were new after about 6-7 hours of play time. For the price, they are decent though.

Great balls for the price. I prefer these to Penn. I like some of the Wilson balls, but I can usually find these at a much cheaper price. Reasonably decent playability and durability.

Its a Dunlop ball, I knew what I was getting when I purchased it. They are slightly heavier feeling than say a Penn ball. Their Champ all-surface ball is lower middle of their line, so its a good ball, but dont expect to get more than a few sets out of them.
