The Dunlop Biomimetic 600 Lite is fully equipped with Dunlop’s latest Biomimetic technology, which includes three new features: Aeroskin dynamics, HM6 carbon, and Gecko-Tac padding. These new features complement the design and pliability of the racquet by giving it a more vibrant feel compared to other racquets on the market. The design of the Aeroskin is made to reduce the drag and create a smoother, crisper shot. The HM6 carbon reduces vibration and provides an increase in shock absorption. With its honeycomb design, its strategic locations of vibration reducing points give a more comfortable and quality shot. The Gecko-Tac padding provides a more fitted and suctioned feel to holding the racquet, adding up to 50% more grip and absorption from Dunlop’s previous models.
![]() This stick provided ample power and pop when hitting my ground-strokes. With its 105 square inch head size, missing the sweet spot was close to impossible. I didn’t have to extend my swing as I would usually do with a smaller, more compact head size racquet. Keeping it short and quick supplied more than enough power to get deep, quality shots. The plow-through was incredible with great spin and feel.
Hitting my volleys felt really solid. I was able to pound my volleys deep and put them away very quickly due to the 3 point head heaviness. It was also very maneuverable at the net. I was able to switch from my forehand and backhand volleys with ease. Another notable feature I liked was the head size. It was very forgiving if I hit the ball poorly and I still managed to get a quality volley out of it.
Hitting my serves with this stick provided the explosive power and added pop that I usually demand out of a good quality racquet. The heaviness of the head allowed me to get a lot of down force to crush my serves accurately and powerfully. The open string pattern of 16X19 gave me a lot of spin during my serves, for both slices and kick-serves. It was fairly easy getting the serve I wanted without having to put so much pressure or stress on my arm or shoulder.
Overall, the Dunlop Biomimetic 600 Lite is a great racquet for a player who is looking for a little bit more of an edge. Even though this is more of a power racquet, it still provided sufficient control by generating huge amounts of topspin. I was able to get a deep, controlled shot with this stick. If you are a player who has a shorter and faster swing speed, then this racquet will fit your play style perfectly. This racquet would also be great for players facing tennis elbow problems. I would recommend this racquet for a NTRP of a 3.5 or higher.>
Also, players should check out some of the new Biomimetic bags that would go great with this racquet! Dunlop has released a few in all sizes including 3 packs, 6 packs, and 10 packs to match your needs. Check out their neat backpacks and gym bags! |
