The Fila R4 Women's Tennis Shoes are comfy lightweight. Unlike the larger, more durable Fila R8 shoes, these R4s offer more mesh and cushioning. The midole uses SUPERACTION EVA for some nice cushioing . The outsole uses EverGrind, adding some resistance to hard courts. The bottom has a herringbone pattern. Fila Shoe Review User: Brenda Francek, New Mexico I like the mesh material used in this shoe as it allows for breathability. My feet dont get as hot due to this. The shoe fits a little wide in the forefoot but still able to be effective without having to wear two pairs of socks. The shoes did feel a little stiff when I got them but they are starting to become broken in.
