Created in cooperation with Black Racquet Labs, an independent research group tasked with creating the industry's most aerodynamic racquet, the Gamma RZR 98T brings impressive spin to the serious competitor. Weighing around 12 ounces strung, this version adds even more stability for the aggressive player to dictate the action. Every piece of the RZR 98T above the grip is designed with speed in mind, from an aerodynamic beam shape, to minimizing air resistance with a flush-sitting bumper guard, no detail was overlooked. Our testing staff enjoyed the combination of spin and stability that the racquet had from the back of the court. The feel was noticeably firmer than the RZR 98, helping to give more power for hitting penetrating ground strokes.

Give This Racquet a Chance! User: Chris, Texas Dont let the fact that Gamma is less popular than Babolat, Wilson, and Head keep you from trying out this racquet. Its extremely solid, with excellent feel, power, and control. I tested the Black Racquet 98T and recently purchased the retail version and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. The weight can be a little extreme for those who are not used to playing with heavy racquets or arent strong enough to use them. But I have had no problems with transitioning. I heavily modified my frame to reach 400g 14.11oz and 11.5 HL and let the performance of the racquet speak for itself. I can hit the ball harder, deeper, with more spin and control than I ever got with my previous racquets. Combined with RPM Blast 17g @ 60lbs and my weight and balance modifications, this racquet has already began to change the way I play for the better. Give it a chance! You might be surprised!
