The Gamma Tennis Trainer is a convenient aide for improving form and coordination. Use the Tennis Trainer to practice forehand, backhand and serving indoors or out year-round. One unit per package.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Place the base on the ground or floor at your feet.

2. Drop the ball and hit it with an easy upstroke, after it has bounced.

3. Try not to hit the ball too hard or too low, which may prevent the ball from bouncing properly for the next stroke.

Instructions for Gamma Tennis trainer User: Fred, CA I purchased the item locally. There were no instructions as to how to use. I tried using google to see what there was on the internet re usage. No information. I would think Gamma would improve their packaging as to how best to use, etc. I know some may read this and wonder as to my tennis intelligent level but that begs the question. I want to know how to improve my game and see whether or not I am using the trainer correctly. Some questions: should the holder face the direction I am hitting towards, how high to drop the ball, hit on first or second bounce, etc etc. Thank you.
