GENESIS Twisted Razor 16L 1.27 Tennis String

Ive been playing tennis for about 20 years total. I played for two tennis clubs overseas between the ages 7 and 17. Ive been playing with the Luxilon ALU Power Rough for the last 4 years and considering the number of new strings that came out claiming better performance and promising new technological advances, ive been trying out a few. Ive found this string to have a significantly higher spin potential than the ALU Power Rough. Immediately after playing for an hour, ive noticed a lot more fuzz on my string bed than any other string. Ive had a hard time hitting balls out the first couple of times I played with it.

This string has tons of spin when you first use it. Then after the first few times you play the spin is gone and the string goes dead. Very disappointed

I have been looking for a string that produces as much spin as the Tourna big hitters rough that was easier in the arm and that could hold tension well. This string is it, after trying Babolat Hurricane Tour and many other name brand polies this is it. This string is phenomenal it has a soft feel for touch shots and when you rip your swing the ball bite is amazing!!

The spin ability was great to start. After 2, 2 set matches there was little edge left. Still able to spin the ball but no real advantage for this string over synthetic gut performance. It did hold tension and was playable, but would need to be changed frequently to retain optimal spin.

Very nice co-poly spin oriented string, good tension maintenace with a softer feel in comparison to Typhoon.

This string is amazing for spin. Wow!! Plays stiffer than some of the other Genesis strings but this string provides some outstanding spin and control.
