GOSEN Polymaster I 16G Tennis String

For extreme spin and durability, the innovative Gosen Polymaster I 16 features the unique flat shape which is significantly wider than it measures in height. The co-polyester construction allows the string to offer both durability as well as additional elasticity for greater comfort and energy transfer. The result is that Polymaster I combines serious spin generation and ball speed, allowing players to dictate play with heavy groundstrokes, while the softer feel from the construction does provide enough feel for the occasional trip into the net. The string measures 1.46mm in width, but only 1.02mm in height, so the essentially 4 sided shape is designed primarily for heavy spin baseline players who want durability and extra kick off the ground. Gosen Polymaster I is slightly thicker than Polymaster II, which shares the same construction and shape, making it longer lasting while offering additional control.
