GOSEN Powermaster II 16G Tennis String

The first of its kind, Gosen Powermaster II 16 utilizes a thinner cross section than the thicker Powermaster I for even greater spin and feel. Combining the consistent performance of a synthetic gut with the all new flat geometry. Significantly wider than it is tall, this string really bites the ball, offering easy access to spin for all players. Utilizing a larger monofilament core surrounded by outerwraps gives Powermaster II a solid, crisp feel at impact while also providing a bit of extra pop thanks to the extra wrap. The string measures 1.43mm in width, but only 1.00mm in height, giving this essentially four sided string a very spin friendly design. The outermost layer is a specialized nylon coating to reduce friction, helping to enhance durability by limiting notching that typically occurs from string movement during play. Powermaster II features a thinner cross section than Powermaster I for greater spin and a lively feel. This is a great string for players that prefer the crisp, consistent feel of a synthetic gut but want extra spin.
