HEAD RIP Control 16G Black Tennis String

I bought this for my son. He loves this racquet and so does all the kids on the tennis team. It is very light and comfortable. I saw an immediate improvement in his game. I would buy this racquet again and thinking of it for myself.

Great string -- very durable My 3boys all hit heavy topspin ball and popped strings every match Now we use this for mains -not half as many popped And feel is stiffer so thats why we use a synthetic on cross

when I saw this string I had high hopes I did not have that much control I am in high school but when I got the item I got them restrung and it seems like the are worst then the stock prince strings it came with I would have bought different strings if a had a chance it was a waste of spending $15 to get my Racquet restrung

HEADs Rip Control 16 has been the highly preferred string of our high school players for several years. It lives up to the HEAD description of durability and control and has added texture for spin while not being too stiff a string. About 9 years ago I developed tennis elbow, I talked to a friend who suggested to go to a lighter raquet and softer string, thats when I came across the Head Rip Control 16 and my game never been the same, I dont use any other string. It has fibers that help my top spin, and also gives me plenty of control. I have been using it for years and Im not ready to change, after some therapy a lighter raquet and soft strings my tennis elbow hasnt returned at all, the string is also very durable.
