HEAD Synthetic Gut PPS Strings

The synthetic gut PPS strings are great, but a lot stiffer than strings I normally use. However, they work great on my Head Instinct racket! I recommend it to anyone!

I purchased the head synthetic gut pps strings for the local boys high school team that I coach. Two of the boys chose to try the strings and seem to be pretty satisfied with the performance. They have held their tension pretty well and still seem to have a good feel. The strings are a good choice for playability, and price.

i bought this string a month ago. it gives comfort feel. i can control every shot without too much effort. it is, however , sort of weak. im gonna buy it again, though.

Solid performance for a thin 18g Synthetic Gut.

I loved the feel of the string right off the bat. But after about 12 minutes of hitting it already snapped. Haha if it would have lasted longer and was more durable I would probably give it a good rating.

I love this string! I used to buy mostly polyester strings, but I decided to give synthetic gut a try, and Im really glad I did! The durability and feel is really exceptional, and of course the $3.50 price tag doesnt hurt! I highly recommend these strings, especially the 17g!

In my opinion the strings were very good and it did what it was suppose to and gave me power, but I find it hard to keep a good control and did not really feel a lot of spin on the ball when I need it.

Overall the product lived up to what was expected of it. The strings had a good amount of playability the first couple of times out on the court. However, the synthetic gut pps significantly lacked the bite in order to hit the bite necessary that was needed from time to time.

the strings came with the racquet. It was just like I had requested. Very satisfied!

What a bargain for a great playing string. As a stringer, its easy to work with and looks great when finished. My customer loves the feel and it is softer than regular synthetic gut so it gives his elbow some relief.

This string provides a good combination of power and control.

These strings came prestrung on my Head Liquid Metal 4 and they were great strings. They provided a alot of spin and power without giving up control. A great value.
