RETURNS & WARRANTIES: Returning Apparel
Tennis Express will accept returns for exchange or credit on apparel within thirty days after it was purchased. The apparel must be in brand-new condition in order to accept a return. All original tags must be intact. If the shipment was the error of Tennis Express, we will credit you for all shipping costs. Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds where Tennis Express is not at fault are paid by the customer.
Apparel that is under a Clearance/Closeout category or marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exhange within 10 days of being delivered.
Closeout items are priced at 35% off or more from retail price.
