RETURNS & WARRANTIES: Returning Strings

Tennis Express will accept returns for exchange or credit on all unopened packages of string within thirty days after they were purchased. If the shipment was the error of Tennis Express, we will credit you for all shipping costs. If the order was not an error of Tennis Express, the customer must pay for shipping on all returns and exchanges.
