We accept returns for exchange or credit on any unused bags that have been purchased within the last thirty days. While bags are not under manufacturer’s warranty, Tennis Express will still accept returns on defective bags (broken zippers, etc.) within thirty days after they were purchased.

 

Bags that are under a Clearance/Closeout category or marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exhange within 10 days of being delivered.
