Great legs are only a few steps away, or so the Reebok Easytone Reeinspire and Reebok Runtone’s Action promise. That seems like a large order for such a small shoe to attempt to fulfill that’s why we’re getting down to the science behind the shoes. Inspired by balance ball technology, the shoes give the feeling of running on sand. This bit of constriction tones and strengthens key leg muscles while you walk or run. On the bottom of each shoe are 6 moving air balance pods to create a “softer ride.” In plain language, the three pods on the back of the shoe take in air, while the three pods in the front force it all out; this action increases the muscle activation in your gluts, quads, and calves. This leaves wearers with a feeling of instability with every step they make. Another feature in the shoes is the synthetic and mesh upper for the best in breathability. All of this comes along with a polyurethane removable insole.
