The setting setting oscillates horizontally, making a random pattern of shots from sideline to sideline to improve strokes and foot speed agility.
The Lobster Hybrid 301 can hold up to 150 balls with up to 80 degree lobs for your overheads, ball speeds up to 70 miles per hour to work on your reaction time, and an adjustable feed rate to work on your recovery time.
