The Nike Zoom Revive is a revolutionary shoe that features removable soles. These soles have a snug, snap-on feature. The actual shoe has a durable mesh package that features high breathability and synthetic leather frame and external heel clip provide support and stability.
The shoe itself is a tight, cushioned fit. It feels somewhat like walking on pillows until you break them in. The shoe handles great on the court. There is no resistance or sliding from the shoe as you stop-and-start on the court. You would think, being that the soles are not part of the shoe, that the soles would move around but not at all. This particular Revive features the yellow and black sole colors. The colors are interchangable and offer a flavor-of-the-day type approach and of course, you can always mix-and-match.
In conclusion, I believe that this shoe is an interesting idea by nike. The shoe itself is very comfortable and durable. Also, having an extra pair of sole is obviously going to prolong the usage of the shoe. Its like buying two shoes for the price of one! |
