New Balance WCT1002W Women's Shoes
The WCT1002 from New Balance is a wonderful shoe that provides high amounts of support in all areas. The WCT1002 is a high performance tennis shoe offering the ultimate in cushioning and technology. The heel is greatly supported by the shoe and the durability of the soles is just about unmatched. The shoe permits no sliding and responds very well to the constant stop-and-starts of rigorous match play. Featured in this shoe is New Balance’s Stability Web and Acteva, which create a structured light weight arch support coupled with a superior lightweight foam. Together these make the WCT1002 a great performance match day shoe.
These tennis shoes also have a high amount of breathability due to the mesh upper that allows for ventilation to take place and adds a more lightweight feel. They also feature New Balance’s Abzorb and Abzorb SBS technology. Abzorb is New Balance’s top of the line foam material with excellent cushioning and compression set properties. Abzorb is made from a blend of Dupont Engage Isoprene rubber and proprietary materials to provide the ultimate ride. Abzorb SBS is an specifically engineered non-cellular elastomer designed to provide optimal shock absorption and no compression set.
On the outside, the WCT1002 features an nDurance Outsole which is very durable and prevents premature wear. It has a Long-Wear Drag Tip, and protects against toe drag. Currently featured in a white and aquamarine, the WCT1002 is sleek and clean, providing performance rivaled only by its ingenuity and looks.

UPPER: This shoe features a synthetic and mesh upper which offer superior support and ventilation. The nLock enhances mid-foot support, and the Long-Wear Drag tip enhances toe durability, while prevent toe drag.
INLAY: ETC Anti-microbial/friction sock-liner is included in the WCT1002W. The sock-liner reduces friction, heat build up, and blisters.
MIDSOLE: The WCT1002W features Abzorb SBS in the heel and forefoot with Abzorb in the forefoot. Together they offer excellent shock absorption throughout. Stability Web offers midfoot support in a lightweight design. Acteva mid-sole foam cell structure resists compression set for prolonged comfort.
OUTSOLE: nDurance outsole offers excellent durability and traction for a variety of court surfaces. It also feature a modified herringbone tread pattern.
