LACOSTE Women`s Sleeveless Stretch Jersey Color Block Tennis Dress

I love this dress! The fit is roomy enough for comfortable, active play but the fit is flattering enough to keep you looking feminine, on-trend and athletic. When I saw Samantha Stosur in it at US Open, I knew I would buy the dress, I just didnt know she had to pretty much chop it in half to fit her diminuitive height. You see, the dress comes in a ridiculously long 32 - from the armpit! I am SIX FEET TALL and had 8 removed to make it a reasonable 24 from the armpit! Glad I bought on sale because I used part of my savings $24.00 at my local cleaners to get the thing cut and hemmed to the more desireable 24 from the armpit. That said, am happy with my investment! One thing to remember, if you wash it in cold water, like I do, you may need OxyClean to boost it to the whitest white again. Some of the soil I got on the back of the dress from just sitting on a bench during break remained after a regular cycle, cold water/Tide wash.

This dress is a higher quality than many tennis dresses I have tried. The material fits well and is not too clingy. I am tall, so appreciate the extra length. I did take it up a couple of inches.

Saw Samantha Stosur wearing this dress in the US Open and had to have it! Excited to get it on sale and love the fit but it is about 2 inches too long. Im just going to deal with it though because I love how flattering it is.

The fabric is wonderful, very comfortable. The colors are great!

This dress is true to size and fit very well in the top and through the body. I am 5 5 and it was was long enough on me to be worn as a regular dress. Rather than send it back, I cut 4.5 off of it and made a new hem. Once I did that, I liked it. If you are of average height, this dress will be WAY TOO long to use for tennis without alteration.
