Luxilon 4G 125MM/16L Reel Tennis String
Description
Some of the most buzzed about string on the market, Luxilon 4G is noticeably different from its polyester predecessors in that it has a cushioned feel on impact. There’s no “poly jolt”, and your body will feel happier after hours of play than with most other similar strings. The power level is slightly lower than previous generations, which should aid 4G’s target player.

String Tension

This string works best for me when I string it so that 1 the tension is just below the point at which it begins to feel harsh. If strung right it has a soft, plush feel = medium to low 40s. When stringing on my machine, I have to use a special procedure to be sure the string is being stretched enough from each pull, otherwise it will lose tension too quickly.
