Luxilon Ace 18 offers players excellent spin with a premium on control and improved feel compared to other polyester based strings. The thin 1.12mm diameter provides plenty of bite while the additional fibers serve to soften the feel of the string. Ace is a good choice for the all court player seeking control and spin from everywhere on the court. Luxilon manufacturing processes help to give this string good tension maintenance ensuring long playability. The softer feel of Ace results in a larger, more responsive sweetspot for ultimate control. Due to the stiffness, Luxilon recommends stringing this and all of their strings 10% lower than normal tension.
