LUXILON Savage Lime 127 16G Tennis String

This was my first time to by this string. So I didn't know what to expect. I had used Luxilon before but not the savage lime. When I got my racket strung I was exited to play with these new strings. The string s felt great!!! The amount of control and spin I got with these strings was unbelievable. Overall these strings played great. I recommend Luxilon strings to all my friends.

Great string for broad range of players. Generates power with control and helps to create unbelievable spin. This string is very durable and maintains tension and maintains string position.

Great string when used as Crosses with stiffer poly such as Technifibre Black Code or Pacific X Force in the Mains. Allows some softness in the feel without compromising the durability. Also used as Crosses and Mains with good results, though slight stretching occurred not excessive. Best when used as Crosses with Pre-Stretched Mains. The diameter at 1.27 is a little inconvenient to find a suitable string for the Mains, but 1.29 works, as does 1.25 dont recommend anything beyond these diameters as a Main.

The Luxilon Savage compliments extremely well with either Technifibre Black Code or Pacific X Force, when used as the crosses. The tension holding ability is more than adequate, but is best used as the crosses, with a pre-stretched string as mentioned above as the Mains. Additionally, the diameter of the strings used should be within 2mm of each other preferably 1mm.

I took a chance and did a full bed at 60lbs. I love the great feel and playability. I actually preferred this compared to my luxilon/ NXT Duo hybrid strung racquet. Great spin and control.

This string is by far the best string I've used. I've been searching around for the right poly, one that maintains tension and has a lot of bite. This string did not disappoint. When I first hit with this string I felt like I was hitting better than with my black code. Tension maintenance could be better, but I highly recommend this string to anyone.
