The shoes are a good fit and good price. Service is very prompt and especially appreciated customer input on products.

This is my second pair of these. They take a little bit of a breaking in period but once you wear them around the house a few times they are great. Good traction and support.

These shoes have too much room in the toe box for me. I was looking for a wide shoe but this was just not right. The shoelaces are also way too long. The support and cushion were good, just not a great shoe for my foot. I will keep searching.

This is my second pair of these great shoes. They have extra cushion in heels and they have an inner lining that holds your foot back in the shoe where it belongs so no tennis toe. The tread lasts a long time and they actually went down in price from my first pair. New Balance is my shoe of choice.

This is my third pair of this tennis shoe. It is very comfortable and stable. I like that the shoe is easy to put on and still its tongue does not drift to one side as in many other tennis shoes. When the sole of my second pair wore out in about half the time of my first pair with about the same tennis activity, New Balance replaced it promptly. That is a quality company!

I have been wearing this NB series since they were the 1001s. They fit great and wear great. Since I play at least 4x week, I go through 2-3 pair in a year. Finally found a shoe that didnt make my toenails turn black so Im sticking with them! Also, ordered my latest pair one afternoon and they arrived the next day - way to go Tennis Express!

As a 5 times a week recreational player, Ive been through many brands of tennis shoes. Up until last month, I wore the New Balance CT804. I thought this shoe was great until I tried the new CT1004. There is no comparison in the light weight, comfort and overall feel of this new shoe. I live in Florida and need a shoe that keeps my feet dry. The ventilation is great and the mesh outside so comfortable. Id recommend this shoe to any player no matter their ability level.

I've been playing in this brand/model for years. I love them. I've thought about trying other shoes but none of them fit my foot the way these do.

This pair of NB's are pretty good. I like the material and my toes and heels are very well cushioned and protected. The fit in the middle of the foot is a bit loose. I always used B as the width and it forces me to tie the laces all the way to the last hole which causes a bit of friction around the ankle.

When I received my new tennis shoes, I was disappointed because they were made with mesh. But when I tried them, I was totally satisfied and my next pair will definitely be New Balance. I mentioned my new pair of tennis shoes to my friend Sabine and he already ordered a pair of New Balance 1004's For Men

These are very fine shoes; however, I believe they would be better if the footbed had more cushion.

I have had 5 or 6 pair of these New Balance court shoes over the past couple of years and I LOVE them. I have always had trouble with my feet when playing on hard courts (stiff/soreness, fractured meditarsals, etc). These shoes give me the support and COMFORT needed for me to play 4-5 times a week without worry. I would highly recommend getting your foot professionally measured and trying these shoes. Based on my foot, I went up an entire size. I'm very happy to continue wearing New Balance.
