RACQUET WARRANTIES

SHOE WARRANTIES

New Racquets have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Replacement is at the manufacturer's discretion. Frames that show signs of abuse may not be replaced. Some manufacturers ask that the racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer that the racquet was sold from.


The racquets that you will be able to send back directly to the manufacturer are from the following brands: Head, Prince,Yonex, Prokennex, Wilson, and Tecnifibre.


Please follow the steps listed below for each brand on how you can send back your product to the manufacturer.


The racquet brands that are required to be sent through the retailer ONLY are the following brands: Dunlop, Babolat, Gamma, Adidas, and Fischer.


The warranty process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, but may take longer depending on manufactures discretion. Please also include a payment of $8.00 for shipping.


You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement. If your racquet is replaced, you will be credited for its current selling price.


If the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, the racquet will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer.

Manufacturer's warranties vary on footwear. It can vary depending on style, model, durability and application. Some manufacturers include specific warranty conditions enclosed in your shoe box. If your shoes qualify for replacement, follow the warranty directions located below.



Adidas:

Adidas shoes that have a 6 month sole guarantee are: Barricade V, CC Genius, and CC Feather.

Adidas shoes MUST be sent directly to Adidas.


Babolat:

Babolat shoes that have a 6 month outsole guarantee are: Propules, Team All Court and Propulse Ladies. (No junior shoes have outsole warranties.)

*These shoes have to be sent directly to Babolat using the warranty card included in the box at the time of purchase. If you do not have a warranty card please contact Danielle@TennisExpress.com.

K-Swiss:


If your K-Swiss shoes have any type of defect within the 30 days of purchase and shoe is still in stock we will replace the shoes from our stock. If your shoes passed the thirty days of send your K-Swiss shoes to:

Nike:


If you have a Nike shoes that are an Air Max Breathe Free II, Air Max Cage, or Air Max Cage II they all have a 6-months rubber outsole durability guarantee and applies only to the rubber outsole. When shoes purchased a warranty card should have been included inside. Please go ahead and fill out the information and follow the directions on the card. If you have further questions please contact Nike at 1-800-806-6453.



Prince:

For Your Information: Your Reebok Tennis Shoes have a warranty only when worn for 9-12 months or 3-500 miles worn. If you have any question please contact Reebok at 1-800-483-4444.

BAG AND APPAREL WARRANTIES


Bags and Apparel are not under any manufacturer's warranty; however, Tennis Express will still accept returns on defective items within thirty days after they were purchased.


To return a bag or piece of apparel, please send the package and a brief message explaining the return to:

STRING AND GRIP WARRANTIES


Strings and all grips are not under manufacturer's warranty and are non-returnable items.
