Warranties

 

Include the following with all warranties:

 

  • Copy of original invoice. (We can provide one if yours becomes misplaced.) 

  • Note describing issue with product.

  • Name and return address.

 

Allow 4-6 weeks for the warranty process to take place.

 

When sending shoes to Tennis Express, make sure to keep your shipper’s tracking number so that we can more easily help you.

 

 

 

RACQUET WARRANTY

 

Our new tennis racquets have a one-year manufacturer's warranty and replacements are at the manufacturer's discretion. Frames that show signs of abuse may not be replaced. Some manufacturers ask that the racquets not be returned directly from the consumer, but rather through the retailer that the racquet was sold from.


The racquets that you will be able to send back directly to the manufacturer are from the following brands: Head, Prince,Yonex, Pro Kennex, Wilson, and Tecnifibre.


Please follow the steps listed below for each brand on how you can send back your product to the manufacturer.


-- The racquet brands that are required to be sent through the retailer are the following brands: Dunlop, Babolat, Gamma and Pacific.


-- The warranty process usually takes 4 to 6 weeks, but may take longer depending on manufacturer's discretion.


-- If your racquet is deemed defective,Tennis Express will string your replacement racquet at no charge with your original string (excludes natural gut). We will also cover the shipping charges associated with the return.


-- You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being considered for replacement. If your racquet is replaced, you will be credited for its current selling price.


-- If the manufacturer decides not to replace the racquet, it will be returned to you along with an explanation from the manufacturer. Denied warranty racquets will be treated as abandoned and will be properly disposed of if unclaimed for 30 days.

Manufacturer’s warranties on footwear vary from brand to brand. Some manufacturers include specific warranty conditions enclosed in your shoe box. Frames which are considered defective will be replaced with a new pair, so long as the frame is still being manufactured. In cases where the frame is listed as discontinued (no longer manufactured), the frame will be replaced with another color or a different model of equal or lesser value. Solar Bat


Your Sunglasses have a 90- day warranty on Manufacturer's defects. Simply return the sunglasses to Solar Bat for replacement or repair. After 90 days, any broken frame part will be replaced for shipping and handling and lenses will be replaced for $15.00 per lens for a long as you own the glasses.
