NIKE Mens Pro Core Six Inch Compression Tennis Short

These are the only underwear I wear while on court. I do slightly prefer the Hypercool version of these with mesh in the crotch for added breathability, but these are cheaper and perform pretty much exactly the same.

Really like the Nike Compression short it provides the support I want when playing at the same time is comfortable and durable. Always seem to feel better after playing when I use the Compression Short.They will always be a part of my tennis attire.

They just dont make compression shorts like they used to. The material is ultra comfy, but they dont really compress the thigh muscles and do not have the superior breathability of the compression shorts Bike and Champion used to make. At least these have sufficient inseam length, which is where the better contstructed brands fall-down these days.

When playing tennis indoors during Winter regular mens brief underware is no problem. However, on the first hot day I played outside, the briefs were soaking wet, and the insides of both upper legs were chaffed badly. I immediately ordered the Nike compression shorts online via Tennis Express, and the next hot day I played tennis with the Nike compression shorts, they kept me completely dry and comfortable--no chaffing.

These compression shorts are perfect for someone who likes a snug and warm first layer. I typically run cold in some indoor facilities and these help me stay warm. The fabric wicks moisture off as you play, yet feels soft avoiding the unnatural feeling of some other wicking fabrics. I never felt any chaffing from these shorts either. Mainly b/c of the seamless stiching and efficient wicking time. I have gone through different brands of compression shorts/athletic underwear and most of the other brands tend to be too loose. Another benefit of these shorts is if you ever feel like you are having hamstring issues it is easy to apply a wrap on your leg and the shorts hold the wrap into place. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps getting a size larger. I wear a medium and sometimes I think a large might fit better, but that hasn't stopped me from ordering multiple pairs in medium.
