PRINCE EXO3 Tour 100 Lite Tennis Racquet
$149.00
A new trend of light weight control-oriented racquets has made an appearance in full force, and the new Prince EXO3 Tour Lite 100 will be their lightest foray into the range. Offering a lighter weight of 9 ounces unstrung and lower power than both the EXO3 Black Team and the EXO3 White Lite, this model is definitely a control frame in a much lighter than typical package. The addition the enhanced EXO3 technology suspends the strings, allowing greater freedom of movement for a larger sweetspot, leading to enhanced comfort and forgiveness. The enhancement comes from the addition of a thermoplastic resin added to the carbon fiber matrix, allowing properties of both materials to be applied to the overall product. The softer thermoplastic material reduces string vibration for greater comfort, while the carbon fiber offers the responsiveness and pop for better feel. The EXO3 Tour Lite 100 features the string suspension ports only at the sides of the frame, unlike the other EXO3 Tour models. By applying the ports at the sides of the frame, players receive the aerodynamic benefits of the technology, without the additional power gain associated with having the ports at the top and bottom of the head. This helps to keep the power level low, making this racquet a solid choice for aspiring players seeking lightweight maneuverability that will still allow them to take longer cuts at the ball.
