Prince Premier with Softflex 16G is the perfect string choice when looking for power and comfort. This multifilament string offers reduced shock and greater elasticity thanks to the addition of exclusive Softflex filaments. The enhanced playability and minimal tension loss make this one of the most gut-like strings on the market. The slightly thicker 16-gauge version provides more durability and control.

Great product for tennis players as well as racquetball. We are happy that we are able to provide this string as a choice to many customers.
I like them
User: Jay, GA
I went with these strings due to issues with my arm/elbow and am quite pleased with the results. I had the tension set at 55 but will go a little tighter next time.

Very arm-friendly strings. Tried other strings last month but had to return to Prince Premier With Softflex 16G Strings for my elbows sake.
The new Prince Premier racquet
User: Martin.Cohen, New York
This new racquet plays very well, it provides power as well as control. The racquet is light enough to allow you to hit through your serves without excess pressure on your serving or hitting shoulder. While this is only a 110 across compared to my other racquets which were 115 there is certainly enough hitting room as well as it allows you to make touch hits at the net and maintain sufficient volleying and rallying during the match. I certainly would recommend this very comfortable new racquet.
Premier strings for a premier racquet
User: Martin Cohen, New York
The strings hold up very well. I am playing on clay courts, the strings tend to space a little but return to their natural position the next day. They provide a lot of power as well as control.
Almost like natural gut
User: Jose Luis, MI
This string is incredible! It performs almost like natural gut. Im a long time natural gut user`;` I try this string because sometimes it is hard to find natural gut in my country. Somebody recommended this string, so I tried. Advantage: It delivers almost the same topspin like natural gut. It is very comfortable to my elbow. It lasts 30% to 40% more time than natural gut, 8 hours for natural gut vs 10 or 11 hours for Premier With Softflex. Also the person that string say to me that is much more to string that natural gut and the final advantage the price 45$ vs 15$. Disadvantages: well… is not natural gut, a little less topspin. This string suddenly broke without any warning, against natural gut that you can see some deterioration before it broke.

The best combination of playability and comfort I have ever used. Durability is slightly above average. The 17 gauge actually plays better, but lasts half as long.

User: Kenneth Baehr, NY
These were a new string choice for me and it was a good one - stable with adequate power and great control. Definitely a thumbs up!

Prince Premier w/Softflex 16
User: Jim, MN
Tried this because of shoulder problems. It has the best combination of power and playabilty and comfort that I have ever found in a string. The only thing better is the 17 ga. but it would break to easy.
PRINCE Premier With Softflex 16G Strings
User: Dennis, New York
I have used these strings in my Prince Diablo racquets for longer than I can remember. They have a nice feel and do not require a string vibration dampner. They seem to hold their tension well. Two drawbacks; they wear quickly and they are a bit pricey.
