For players seeking greater spin without sacrificing durability, Prince Topspin w/ Duraflex 15L utilizes texture in a thicker gauge to meet these needs. The effective texture is created by the addition of six extra fibers spiral wound around the string to create raised edges along the string. Topspin w/ Duraflex gets its surprising durability from two sources. The first being the thicker diameter, and the second being the extra aramid fiber wrapped under the final coating. The aramid fiber provides additional stiffness and resistance to notching. This is a good string choice for baseliners that want a spin friendly string that won't break too fast but do not want the stiffness associated with a polyester string.
