tennis express is as its name indicates - delivers high quality tennis products worldwide rapidly. all communication via phone, email and chat have been very service oriented and conducted by v. friendly staff. all questions have been answered promtly giving us customers the information we need to place our orders. all i can say is that americans must be lucky to have tennis express that has such a wide variety of items and ships for free for US customers if buying more that a fairly low amount. europe needs to learn from the states about online tennis shopping, and especially customer service which lacks in certain parts of europe - and for sure in norway.

I normally buy used rackets because Im a cheapo! But when I demoed this racket, I immediately bought one Brand Spanking New the following day! Ive used St Vincent Prostaffs all my life. Ive also used Prince Graphite Original Mid, Head Prestige Classic 600, Volkl DNX 10, and various other so-called players stick. The Redondo is the most controlled racket Ive ever used. In its stock form and using very stiff poly strings, it feels a little harsh and hits with a ping sound that is often heard from the likes of Head intelligence and youtek. In its modified form; added foam pellets, a dampener, and synthetic grip; it feels softer and hits with a thud or pop sound. Feels smoother overall and shocks have been almost completely eradicated. Overall this racket has superb control and feel. It is a bit low powered but thats the reason why I love it. Im a fast & full swinger who often send balls flying long and this racket has been keeping those shots inside and deep. Good job Pro Ken

I purchased this three years ago and it still remains as one of my favorite sticks. Perfect weight and solid feel. The sweet spot is a bit small but when you get it, its the smoothest feeling ever. Its not my main stick because its not too forgiving when I have my off days but its a close second.
