PRINCE Synthetic Gut Duraflex

The synthetic gut duraflex that was used to string my new has been an excellent choice by the stringing tech!

Feels ok when playing. What I did not like is the durability. After 6 sets they broke.

String had great feel! Didnt take long for it to break unfortunately.

As always, the merchandise that I buy from you is everything its advertise to be. Prince Synthetic Gut continues to be a top line string as it has for many years.

Mains: Poly, Crosses: Prince Syn gut - Plays great! I get better feel and almost the same performance as a full poly bed. Full Prince Syn Gut - Also plays pretty well. Has nice pop.

These string had a great pop,and unique spin to them. Color and gauge choices are huge. I highly recommend these strings to any mid to high level player.

found the string to perform fairly well, though its does not have the bite as rpm blast or luxillon savage or spiky sharky by kirschbaum for topspin, but for the price its definitly the best choice

Pretty much your average synthetic gut but I almost always find myself going back to this string. Great pop and very easy to string as well. Durability is a constant issue with this string however..I break them in about a month.

I have used this string for about a year now. I am a 3.5 player with severe elbow problems. Since I do not break strings much the 17 gauge helps me get more spin. This string is gentle on my elbow. After a couple of hours it will start to move a little but not bad. The low price is a plus.

I string my own racquets and used to use this string exclusively for my Head Radicals. Switched to Vockl V1 Classic and the strings were just not right for those, so I tried a multitude of more expensive strings. Ended up with hybrids. Went back to the Radicals and started using NRG 17, which are super strings but break too quickly and cost 4x the cost of these strings. So, I am back to the Duraflex and notice very little letdown from the NRG. Though not as soft, they last and have good pop. Only gripe is they do move around alot. So what.... Glad to be back!!!

Prince Duraflex is touted as very durable. It is reasonably durable for the price, but Ive found it doesnt hold tension well or last as advertised...

I have used the Prince synthetic duraflex for a couple of years. For some reason lately, the strings are starting to pop after approximately 5 matches. I continue to use them due to their playabilty & control. Is their any reason why this has just recently started happening. I usually play one match a week & and play at a 4.5 level. Thanks, Russell

Good feel and control, maintains tension well. Very comfortable.

String has performed very well. It enables me to get a bit more bite on topsin shots and its durability has been surprisingly good for a 17 gauge.
