PRINCE Lightning XX Strings

Ive used the Lightning stings for many years in multiple sticks. Ive tried many other strings including the polys and keep coming back. Plenty of pop with great spin potential and control. The 16g definitely improves durability with minimal impact to feel and power. Im currently blending 16g Duraflex mains with 16g Lightning crosses of my Yonex RDiS 93. The blend provides a slightly dampened feel from the straight Lightning and adds a touch of control.

I am a 4.0 singles player, playing about 3 times/week. i strung these strings in mains, with a softer synthetic gut in crosses. they feel really good, easy on the arm. i would buy again.

I am a 3.5 player with severe elbow problems. The lightning string helped me get good spin with the 17 gauge. The string is not for me though. With my elbow in the shape it is in the string felt very stiff. After using the string a couple of times my arm was sore. I am sure the string would be fine for someone without arm trouble.

I bought this string for my wife originally because she loved the color, but now its not about the color but more about the performance. She would break strings in a matter of days before, but this one seems to last and retain its tension at the same time! Highly recommended!

As a stringer for the past 25 years I have used a good deal of different strings. For women and the average club player 3.0 +-, I feel that Prince lightning meets the needs of this group. I myself have used it since it was introduced, sometimes as a hybred with gut or Sensation. I LOVE IT.

Good strings for the cost. They perform like Prince claims - added power with high level of comfort. The only negative is they are prone to break. I dont break stings often and these broke after about 10-12 hours of playing. Overall a good string for the cost and I would purchase them again.

My pink strings are a hit with my friends. Everyone loves the color. But the best part is they have the snap that I need to really accelerate with control. Theyre easy on my hands and arms and last forever! They were strung perfectly to my specifications. I cant get these strings in Las Vegas, so Im totally unique!

This string delivers just what I want. A soft string that wont hurt my arm in a bright pink color! It looks really good and I get compliments all the time.

I recently strung my racquet with the prince xx lightning 16g strings. So far I have been satisfied with the playability and durability of these strings. I have good feel on the ball and the strings seem to be holding up really well.

Strings arrived very promptly from Tennis Express. I use the Prince Lightning as a stock basic string for several of my customers. It strings very well, holds tension well, and is a very arm friendly playable string. The availability of different colors is an added bonus.

I have been playing recreational and competitive tennis for over 20 years. I have used these strings in 4 different racquets and always have had consistent results. Compared to other strings that I have used (various synthetic gut) I find they have a superior combination of both feel and power.

I am a new, but consistent player and found that the Lightning XX has a good bite and provides good control. Since I restrung my racket with Lightning XX 16 and my teenage high school player tried it; he now restrings with it as well. Overall, we are very happy with it, but I was a little disappointed with the color. I orderd black but the color is not really black but more of a grey.
