RETURNS & WARRANTIES: Returning Shoes
We take returns on shoes for exchange or credit, provided that they were purchased within the last thirty days and are in new condition. We are unable to take returns on shoes that have been played in or have received any wear. We will also need the original manufacturer’s box in order to re-sell the shoes. We ask that you try to return this box to us in as close to new condition as possible.
Shoes that are under a Clearance/Closeout category or marked as a "Closeout item" are returnable for credit or exhange within 10 days of being delivered.
To return a pair of shoes, please send the shoes in their original box along with the original invoice and a brief message explaining the reason for the return to:

If you have a Nike shoes that are an Air Max Breathe Free II, Air Max Cage, or Air Max Cage II they all have a 6-months rubber outsole durability guarantee and applies only to the rubber outsole. When shoes purchased a warranty card should have been included inside. Please go ahead and fill out the information and follow the directions on the card.
