Tennis Express Online Demo Program
Our demo program allows tennis players across the Continental United States to TRY racquets before purchasing. Now you can play with a demo racquet for up to 7 days before making a purchase. With all the different racquets out there, it can be difficult to choose which frame to buy. Our demo program will help you be more comfortable with making your purchase decision.
How much to demo a tennis racket?
The only costs you pay to check out a demo racquet(s) is a flat $14.95 fee that covers the shipping to you and the return shipping back to Tennis Express. You may demo up to 4 tennis racquets at one time.
When will I get the demos/When do I have to return them?
We will ship the demo racquets via FedEx Ground from our Tennis Express warehouse in Houston, Texas. You should receive your demos within 2-5 business days of placing your order depending on where you live. You have one week from the day you receive the demos until you need to return them. For example, if you received the demos on a Monday, you will need to ship them back the following Monday.
How do I ship them back?
When you receive your demos, we will also provide you with a preprinted FedEx Ground return label. When it?s time to return your demos, put the racquets in the same box you received them in and place the preprinted FedEx label on top of the original label on the outside of the box. Drop off the package at any FedEx station, or give it to a FedEx driver. Click here to find the FedEx Station nearest you. There are no additional fees when you return the racquets. Do NOT leave the racquets unattended outside a drop box.
What happens if I have a late return?
In order for all of our customers to have a chance to demo our racquets, it?s important that they be returned to us on time. You will receive an e-mail, a couple of days prior to the return date, as a reminder to ship the demos back. If the racquets are shipped back late, you will be charged $2.50 per racquet, per day that it is late. After 7 days late, your credit card will be charged the full retail price for each racquet you have out.
Other Charges...
Customer agrees if the demo racquet is NOT returned for ANY reason within one week after the due date or if it is damaged/broken, the full price of the racquet, strings and labor will be charged to the customer?s credit card.
