For even greater spin, feel, and power, Volkl V-Twist 1.25/17g offers improved playability but sacrifices some durability. The string features multifilament construction with an added twist, literally. An extra wrap spiralling around the string results in increased texture for greater ball bite to enhance spin and control. The multifilament fibers are bound using a polyurethane resin that provides softness and power while an extra coating layer prolongs string life by limiting the fraying that typically occurs with this type of string construction. Our testers were overall pleased with V-Twist and enjoyed the combination of feel and spin thanks to the unique construction.
