WILSON BLX Pro Lite Tennis Racquet
List Price: $190.00 Sale Price:
$129.00
The newest addition to the Pro family, the new Wilson BLX Pro Lite offers the control and feel of the heavier Pro racquets but at a significantly reduced weight, perfect for younger players. Featuring the BLX technology, which increases the sensation of feel at impact by integrating natural Basalt fibers within the graphite matrix to dampen unwanted vibration. The BLX Pro Lite weighs in at a mere 9 ounces unstrung, which combines with an even balance to ensure both agility at the net as well as stability around the court. Further increasing stability is the inclusion of the Karophite Black material, which is created by crosslinking the layers of graphite within the matrix, increasing the rigidity of the frame. The result is a more stable racquet, helping to enhance the control of the racquet, even on off-center hits. With the midplus headsize and lightweight, this racquet is highly recommended for developing juniors moving into an adult racquet as well as any player seeking a lightweight frame with a blend of control and power. The dual taper beam construction allows a combination of characteristics such as feel and touch around the net and stability and power from the baseline.
