WILSON Bold BLX Tennis Racquet

I purchased this racket, at a great price, for my teen who wanted to make the high school tennis team. She loves the racket and it certainly helped her play her best. She made the team! Looks like we will be buying more rackets from Tennis Express.

Not sure where to categorize this racquet. With a 100 sq.in head is to small for true beginners, and with the weight being 10 oz strung is to light for advance players. I added 12g of lead tape to the head, and an additional 6g of lead at the bottom of the handle. that brought the weight to 10.81oz, much better and more solid than the stock weight. The Bold BLX has real good power, and good control. You can serve bombs with this one! With the added weight i was able to hit nice deep ground strokes. The racquet also felt very comfortable and smooth. This frame was real nice with the addition of weight. Give this racquet a shot.

Excellent racquet, so much control and precision that it could play by itself. I recommend it for sure!

I tested this racquet before I buy and I take a great decision. I love this racquet and my game has improved a lot. I suffered some pain in the elbow but with this racquet I cant feel it, at least very minimal. Great Racquet!

I have owned 2 or 3 very cheap racquets 100 and I never liked them that much. I was at first, skeptical about purchasing another 100 racquet. Best choice i have ever made. It plays just as well as the higher priced, higher brand racquets. The strings that it comes with are pretty good.
