WILSON Pro Open BLX Tennis Racquet

Personally, I think it is a mediocre racquet for this price range. It is head light but not a stable and accurate racquet for long, fast swings. However, the feel is great and the vibration is virtually none upon ball impact. If you are used to long, fast swings with 11 oz plus racquets this one is not for you.

-The racquet has a good balance of spin and control. The lite weight material makes it easier for me to whip the ball. I am very satisfied with the results it has provided with me so far and I look forward to seeing a newer version!

After being away from the game for over 10 years, I tested a lot of demo rackets before settling on this one. I love the control and stability of the racket. Im very happy with the overall playability of the racket.

Great Racket has improved my tenis a lot! I have the same old model and this new one just improved the material and the balance from the last one. I am using the Wilson Sensation String and the racket is better than never! Thanks a lot.

I cant simply say its a great racket, because I wouldnt have gotten it its actually my second BLX Pro Open, because you MUST try out many rackets to find one that suits your game. Mine is an all court type of game, and after 40 years of playing with either an Ashe II or a Head mid size, or a Yonex graphite --all of which needed the old style of play, I decided it was time for a 56 year old dog to learn new tricks. The new game is power and topspin, and for that, you need to counter with a new racket. This one is light, well balanced, and gives a great compromise for all aspects of the game. However, a review of a racket alone for Tennis Express is incomplete. They strung it just the way I wanted a hybrid, Babolat gut on the mains, Luxilon rough on the crosses, and at the right tension. So when you get the racket you want, done the way you want, and get it just when they say you will, you have to say you are a happy customer.

The power and spin provided by this racket is a thing of beauty. Wouldnt play with anything else. Wilson is at the top of the class here.

very great in all areas,needs nothing.4.5 player,used all the high end rackets,if your looking for comfort this is it,if for power sensations at 57 perfect,f for feel,same sensations at 57 play for 4hrs ,bam the perfect set,on serves,no worries,returns too easy,baseline use yor body hv no worries,very great racket for all players .you will not be disappointed.
